If they were not concerned about being judged - they wouldn't be throwing together a last minute wedding in four days.

If they and their families were confident in their choices - they wouldn't be throwing a last minute wedding.

Don't forget - this child was planned - he was no accident.

I think a part of being cynical is a part of being accepting to actual reality of life and the events that happen everyday.




The positive thing here is that being it's a beach wedding I can wear flip flops or go barefoot.

That would make me a hypocrite - I may have strong opinions but the stay the same regardless of the person.

My opinion of the situation remains constant regardless of what I think of the couple. I've already said they seem to be a really good couple - I just don't think vastly high of some of their choices and clearly they don't either.

It would be politically incorrect for me not to go and I'm a very diplomatic guest (my parents may have raised snob but I'm an angel at a social function) - I'm just venting here and basically bitching because I can't find a simple basic white sheath dress to wear. Hell, I can't find any white outfit that's not slutty or a throwback to the hippy era. Tiered gauze skirts - WTF?

What do I have to do for a basic white straight skirt and blouse?
