white residue from winny?

I did my first shot of winny on monday and was just preping to do my second shot but i noticed white hard residue in the syringe...looks like dried up white out. I dont reuse the pins but do try and use the syringe once or twice. Is this normal. I can get more syranges but i am more worried that maybe my winny is fake ? Anyone else get this ?
