Hey Guys! Do you mind posting links to the home sites for these high quality protein powders? Maybe the ones who offer the best deal on big orders. Taste is important, but low carbs and total absorbtion is key for me. Thanks for the positive feedback thus far for this post.

I've read summaries of studys comparing egg, soy, casein and whey protein pwders, and the conclusion was whey was best for nitrogen retention and resulted in loss of bodyfat compared to teh others (the egg was no change and the milk resulted in some fat gain. dont recall the soy fat metric)

PFC's (Performance Fitness Concepts) Chocolate is by far the best tasting protein powder...Period. Don't know about Vanilla burnt out on that in the 90's.
I've been in this game for 21 years...(holy shit time flies since i was 14).... and it is so far above ANYTHING else in quality and taste i'll never use anything else.

EAS makes a decent protein shake, tastes good, low calorie, has all essent BCAA's, really all you need. tastes good too, however, it will leave a funny taste in your mouth, sorta sweet taste. and from my wife- it gives you bad breath, so get some gum.

I buy the cheapest available. $10 a jug. 52 g for 2 scoops. Body Fortress, taste good. I refuse to pay thru the nose for some whey protien powder. I go thru it so fast. Its all pretty much the same.
If you want to loose body fat, eat a clean diet and do lots of cardio.

Taste is subjective. I've tried so many products that people swore were delicious only to find they taste like ass. That's why I recommend getting unflavored protein and flavoring it yourself. (Except for the tropical Orange BIG BLAST. That's awesome. )

I've done this many times and added sugar free Jello in varying flavors. One of my favorites was sugar free white grape jello.
