Which side of quad to stick ?

I am needing to inject into quad since my glutes are getting too hard to reach. I am hitting delts now and havent ever hit quads. I see on site injections there are four spots to hit. What spot is easiest, least painful , less chance of hitting something serious? :jenscat I appreciate your help.

Where my middle finger would touch if I am standing straight up with my arms by my side ? What angle should I push ? I have read a lot of nerves in there and sitting and injecting at 60 degree angle going in ? Sound right or just sit down and go straight in the outer ?
