I am wondering which stack will give me better gains, I have heard 1AD/4AD is really good, but I was wondering if you get the same or better results with 1Testosterone/4AD. This is the first time ever using any type of Prohormones, or steroid like substances, otherwise it has been a steady diet of protein and veggies, along with creatine. I have only been training for about 11 months, and just twice a week, upper body one day and lower body another. I only work out at home on a bench i bought for 50 bucks at wal-mart, never been to a gym, I started at 165lbs. I am in good shape right now, I weigh 195lbs, but I would like to get up to or past 225-230 I want to hit this goal in nine months.
