Which DNP cycle is more effective?

I know it's certainly not that time of year to be doing a DNP cycle but I'm going to keep it low dose.

My question is, do you think I would be better off running it for 21 days (3 weeks) at 200mg/day for the first 2 weeks then 400mg/day the last week?

Or doing a shorter cycle of 8 days or so? Maybe take a week off and start up another 8 dayer?

Say 200mg/day for the first 4 days then bump up to 400mg/day the last 4?

I was leaning toward the longer cycle at a low dose but i heard that longer cycles might result in muscle catabolism as a result of decreased ATP levels within the muscle cell and an inability for the user to effectively train with weights.

Anyone with experience with DNP help is greatly appreciated.
 
why dont you get on that PGCL tip...homies are saying that it has fat loss like dnp...but lot less sides...i dont have any experience with either
 
i would do a lower amt for longer
i was only able to with stand a few days of 400mgs a day
i will be doing a 2-3 week 200mg a day cycle
maybe every third day i will do 400mgs

take some creatine too
 
i prefer the 200mg a day cyclefor 21 days.. but then i did add ever 3-4 days an additional cap that kept the heat turned on..


and am using the PGCL now, i prefer that to the DNP.. even crystal..
 
I do 400mg a day for 25 days. 200 at 8am and 200 and 8pm. I kep my carbs low and don't have any real issues. Lifting isn't an issue at all for me except squats and leg press...they drain me pretty bad. Anything else I do I can hang and I find when i stop DNP it carries over with better lifting because of training while a little run down.

that's a big cycle.. i remember when people were doing 400mg but only for 7 days..

the lethargic feeling, and draining of water just killed me..

i ran 3 times, but won't run it again..

By keeping my carbs low I don't get the crazy heat so I'm not dragging as much. I stick to a lot of salads with tuna or cut up chicken on them. Keep my proetin around 350g with the addition of shakes. afetr 3 days I do 2 meals with 1 1/2 cups of white rice in them and I do that 2 days in a row. I don't eat any carbs after 7pm, I like drinking ice water so I'm good there. It has never been bad for me at that dose....knock on wood.

It's an injectable prostagladin preparation similar in effect to lutalyse. I think it is also known as cloprostenol sodium. Don't quote me on that though.
