Personally I use the Thigh. More area to stick.

1. Buttock
2. Shoulder
3. Lateral surface of Thigh

I like injecting into the quads because it makes them bigger since that's where
the juice enters into the system.

Glutes are always first choice. When doing more frequent injections, shoulders are second area. Don't care for thighs....would rather do lateral and frontal delts and alternate with glutes.
