When to take Winny?

One question hopefully ya'll can help me with. The Winny part of my cycle are pills. 50/ED, now how should I space out the pills? All at once or one every X hours? Thanks.

I take 3 first thing in the morning, and then 2 after lunch.

would the winny pills work well with a person of my stats: 5'10", 160lbs, about 12% bf? i am looking to possibly stack the winny pills with my super test-250 (very similar to sustanon 250). i would like to gain solid muscle and if possible, look fairly ripped and hard. what do you guys think i will get of this stack if i maintain a decent diet, run 3 miles a day, and train very very hard? thanks in advance for your opinions.

I just take a 50 mg tab with GH first thing in morning on empty stomach.

The half life for winny is approx 9 hours. So you take some in the morning and around 9 hours later you take the rest to get you to the 50mg minimum daily needed does.

What if you were taking oral liquid winny, would you split it up or take the whole cc at once?
