When to take HGH?

I know that there has been a lot posted about this, however there is so much conflicting information that I would like feedback from all those that have done a fair amount of experimentation with their HGH dosing regime or those that are aware of valid scientific studies suggesting the best approach.

- I intend starting Jintropin very shortly at 2iu per day working my way up to 4iu per day.
- I have just started my next AAS bulking cycle.
- I take 8 - 10iu of slin post workout.
- I workout in the early evening, 5 days per week.

What would be my best dosing regime concidering the above?

All help is appreciated.

I believe the biggest burst of natural GH come during the night. So if you are trying to simulate your bodies production, then night shots are recommended.

But there is a problem with this By doing it at night, then your bodies natural production is inhibited.

I am currently taking 1IU in the morning. It is more for health then muscle growth. My hope is by taking it in the morning, then I get the benefit during the day but don't inhibit my natural production.

Now at 4IUs. I would split it up regardless into two shots - 2IU morning, 2IU in the evening.
 
That was done on childen and the majority of people here don't have to contend with that because their growth plates are closed. Good article Junk. What I think works best for most people is 5 on 2 off and in the morning and in the late afternoon. Not to exceed 4ius a day. 2ius in the AM and 2 ius in the PM. HGH does not work like steroids in the fact that you have to do it before you work out. Once it's in you it starts the metabolic furnace that while you continue to use it ,it works. My thoughts are it will work better if used all the time and you will grow leaner and put on more muscle plus reap the benefits that HGH has proven to deliver.

Hey bro. Yes it's true the study was done on children, but I believe it may be
even more pronouced on healthy individuals, who are not aGHD. The growth
plates have nothing to do with it. It's about the sensitivity (as quite
interestingly and throughly reviewed on the research on the Journal of
Endocrinology).

Please note that even pediatric practice still go for ED injections, that
doesn't to say it's the right way, as we've seen very convincing yet
conflicting evidence that suggest otherwise in that 4yrs study. Yet it takes
more research and a lot more time exploding old theories practiced for
decades. Even in the medical field and even when evidance do exist to
suggest otherwise.

There are good reasons to to believe it may hold true for healthy adult
inidividuals as well, than it may not. I'm obviously talking about the benefits
other than growth velocity which is irrelevant in our case.

Over the past years as I follow the drugs used in bodybuilding, this decade and the two last decades (through articles). You can always see a dramatic
advance in the usage of drugs in sports and particulately in bodybuilding.
A good recent example is actually what you noted, that the usage of 5 days
on 2 days off is recommended as opposed to ED. Well, that may be true and
better than ED. But look around, in the last months, I've seen more and more
posts suggesting to go ED stating that "5 days on 2 days off is just to save
money, the best way is ED".. See my point? A guy reads somewhere or a
national level bodybuilder tells him that ED inj gave him better results...
Rumours start spreading and the next time, you here ED are the best.. That
may also change.
Another example, I remember when people got flamed when they said that
Dostinex can stop tren & deca gyno. These people were told that prolactin
wasn't the cause of the gyno, hence the reason it wouldn't help with
progestin based roinds like deca and tren and that only ru-486 would help.
Today we know better, today we know that it's the prolactin/progesto/estro
connection that may induce the gyno, so using dostinex and in the absence
of prolactin, tren's ability to induce gyno is lowered substantialy. There is a
constant evolution in the way we use AAS and other meds, sometimes it's
good sometimes it's bad, but overall, we gain more knowledge through
experiment, but also through clinical trials which many times give good data.
I want to see the same person who took ED hGH injections with the same
training, same conditioning, same food intake, same training, same age say
that he was under the same condition taking 5days on and 2 days off and
got less results.. Now com'on. Assuming hypothetically that that person did
just that, it would also be inaccurate as the same guy can't do both at the
same age, hence why even in that condition outlined, it wouldn't be possible
to measure. That's the beautiy of well conducted research on
pharmaceuticals. They are by no means a 'bible', but they do provide
objective tools as opposed to subjective testimonials. We should always
strive to achieve better knowledge and better ways of improving our
physiques the smartest and safest way.

Dont do it at night before bed you are already getting that for free . Take yours mid morning and mid afternoon .
