How in the fuck can you not have gained anything with all that gear. holy shit. i only weigh 160 at 5' 8" (small boned) and pretty cut, and just the d-bol at 30mg a day with like 4K cal's and i jumped up 10 lbs in a week. i have been training using 3 on, one off, 3 on...... and keeping it at 45 minute sessions really intense. but i don't see how overtraining a bit would cause you to gain nothing. that is crazy. Just the D-bol alone in the beginning should have jump started the weight gain big time. all your stuff can't be fake.......or maybe it is? but the marathon sessions are a bad thing, maybe try to do like the guys have said and keep it under an hour.........4 or 5 days a week.
 
I don't know what the fuck is going on. Two weeks ago i would jump up 6 pounds then the next day i would piss it all out. 2 days i will be 260 and the next 2 i will be 254. But i honestly have not gained any weight. My bench went from 405 to 475 since the get go. My temper is pretty bad, I am getting bad acne, my nips are sore and swolen. So i am ready to just throw in the fucking towel. What sucks is i am bulking for a show and am supposed to go straight into a cutting cycle. I will give it another week to work. Test usually takes a good 4 weeks to work for me. But i have never gone above 400mg a week. thanks for your help guys, wish me luck.

I don't know. Something is admist in this though: fake gear, innacurrate measuremnts now or to begin with, etc.
 
i thought the scale thing too, haha. I have a tanita body fat moniter scale. BF is way off, but i believe the weight is right.

would i still have gained any weight with the dbol while taking arimidex? Isn't all the weight from dbol's water?

funny thing is my arms are up a half inch to 20's. Quads are growing, chest too. But i am getting much more cut and vascular.

also, i was thinking tonight.......your pretty heavy, so maybe your not taking in enough calories? i mean, a little shit like me needs 4K to grow........your 100 lbs more than me......perhaps your just partitioning the weight from losing fat gaining muscle. so you really did gain something, just not evident on the scale. drop down the training frequency and bump up the calories a grand and see what happens.
 
Perhaps you're shedding fat and burning muscle. This would account for the increase in measurement sizes, as well as the appearance of a more toned and vascular physique.

Regardless, at your weight, on the sauce or not, you should be gaining from 5K cals a day.

didn't i pretty much just say that? :confused: and 5K may not be enough cals for a 260 lb sumbitch, like i said.
 
I'm always amazed at how many members we have on this board who "claim" to be over 250 lbs and less than 10-12% bodyfat.

If any of you are that size, then you should consider a career in pro bodybuilding, and if that's the case, none of you should be asking any questions here because if your that size, you already know what the hell your doing.

I'm not going to lie about my stats, I'm 6' 264lbs, but I am no where near 10% bodyfat, probably around 17% right now, I'm simply amazed at how many people do not realize how low 10% bodyfat is. Every damn mother fucker on this board claims to be less than 12% BF., even some that claim to weigh as much as 300lbs.
 
Dude, I can't believe you're bitching about how little you have gained! You are 6'2" 255-260lbs and around 10% BF? You are genetically gifted! Try being 5'5" and exactly 100lbs less than what you weigh. Lets not mention the fact that I just finished my first cycle wich was completely botched, because the deca and my tits did not agree (by the way, I didn't gain shit because I had to drop the deca). My diet was excellent, my training was the same, and I made sure I got 8 hours of sleep every night.......when it comes down to it, my genetics suck ass (I get bitch tits easy, I am a hard gainer, and I am short to boot)!

I only wish I had your genetics. If you really want to get bigger than what you are (which I have no clue why you would want to get that big), then learn all you can about HGH & insulin, because it sounds to me like you are almost competition size already.
