We had a dude in the shop throw a rubber mallet/hammer at someone about 30-40 feet away recently. He missed his intended target and hit another innocent bystander in the back instead. His name is now Thor.

my best friend owns a company that makes tire presses, he deals with this kind of shit all the time. He's kind of high strung guy and my first vision that came to mind reading woody's cool story is what my friend would do if he saw that in his factory.

The guys that work for you should be pretty grateful at your chill and relaxed attitude. My buddy would have yelled you're fired while the hammer was still in the air. Than he would have taken the hammer and beat the dude with it as he was trying to leave. I'm guessing alot of shenanigans goes on in your shop though huh?
