Im curious because mine seems high no matter what model is used
I'm 5'7" with a lbm of 128-ish lbs (I say ish because various tools used put it between 124-134)
before this cycle it was around 120-128 depending on measuring methods used...which is still high given I took over a year off training of any kind
I would say the rapid muscle gain if its to be believed is a combination of muscle memory (like newbie gains) and obv the cycle
Im intending on starting a serious cut here shortly and am just gathering everything I need for it at the moment
my bodyfat is very high right now..not the highest its ever been but nothing that makes me too happy.
I don't think its that far off because my lifts tend to be decent and I've always been heavily muscled and naturally strong with uncharacteristic ease of building upper body mass
for anyone with experience with a hard fast and dirty cut...how much lbm did you lose?
