Whats your Hardest Muscle to build?!

Here's the thing though, I am big jointed as hell. I have what a guy I know calls "lumberjack" genetics. My knees are so big, that I need at least another 2 inches on my quads and calves to look decent. My arms tape at about 19 1/2, but my elbows make them look closer to 18. I have a 21 inch neck and a chest that's at 58 right now. Of course, the 38 inch waist has got to go. I'm going to be dieting and hitting the cardio hard this fall and winter. I have bulked for about 2 years, I have a nice fat base, it's time to cut. I'm tired of people asking me if I'm a wrestler. At one time, I was asked if I was a bodybuilder. I'm going to miss moving the weights I've been moving though. However, I am really starting to get dinged up and need to a period of lighter lifting anyway.

Calves will pump like a pornstar, get sorer than Houstons pu**y, and then just stay skinny!

Just genetics I guess....

LOL, FullCircle... that must definitely feel like shit for your calves to be that sore....

As for me, I swear my chest will never develop. The only way my chest would get bigger is if I dont use antiestrogens and get tits.:bawling:
 
I hera ya bros....my calves just won't grow! I almost feel lame doing cycles, cuz the rest of my body will blow right up, but my calves still remain so small that I'm literally embarrassed to walk around in shorts. Just shitty genetics I guess, but it pisses me off when I train my calves dilligently (at least 3X per week) and 90% of middle school kids would still kick my ass in a calf posedown. Guess I've just gotta accept it...I'll just keep building up the quads and hams, at least then nobody can claim I don't work hard enough on my legs!
BTW -- my biceps and lats grow so fast that I can skip workouts a couple of weeks straight and still grow if my diet is on -- I guess everybody gets a tradeoff in the end! My philosophy is to work twice as hard in the areas that are slow to grow...at least then you know that regardless of your results, you're still giving it your all. That's what this game is all about anyways, isn't it?!? :supercool

I feel your pain, same with me. I have to lay off the leg workouts to keep my shit from looking like a drumstick. I am lucky that I have small joints and good sweep to my thighs, so they look bigger than they are. But aside from calves my biceps fucking suck! Lately, I have been doing better with them, but my tri's just blow them away. The advantage though according to my roommate is that my arms relaxed look and inch bigger than when they are flexed. After all my years of lifting I just came to realize that you gotta say fuck it and work with what you got! Not everyone can be Arnold, and we all have one body part someone is going to think is freaky!

Shit I almost forgot, my penis! I work it out constantly and it is still the same size it was the day I was born. Ha ha ha ha

Definately my legs suck, they are strong but never seem to get any better

Luvs2juice , you should try a product called (Pain Free) it helps build the tendons and ligaments. I took it when my elbow was bothering me and a couple of days on it I felt no pain. The only thing that sucked is that as soon as I stopped taking it the pains came right back
 
Trapasourous sound more like a painkiller to me

One must watch out, because when not feeling any pain and going full blast, it might get worse.
