Majority has it: Calves for sure, along with abs and traps. My arms grow like killer weeds, same with chest and deltoids. Back is second as far as not wanting to grow, but it comes along pretty well.

TRAPS...they do not grow for shit. no matter how often i train, or how intensly or how long i give them to rest. they will not fucking grow. really sucks for me cause it takes away from the rest of my physique

for me its my abs.. they are insane when i train them but it hurts so much to do it i find myself making excuses not to then i get a gut going and then train them a few days ...poof... abs come back. I was also thinking about calves and how everyone here has such a problem with them . I have great genitics for everything but when i find them laggin a little i do super sets of medium wieghts for about 40-50 reps and 4 sets. If u think about it calves are not power muscles. the are used repitively everyday (remember an average person walks about 8 miles everyday) So blast those suckers to swole!
