I do chest and shoulders in the same work out chest first then
2 drop sets of db side laterals 20 x 8 17 x 8 15 x 8 12 x 8
2 sets of a variation rear delt exercise hard to explain see video reps 8 - 12

2 set hammer behind the neck shoulder press reps 6 - 12

Holy fuck, the tendons in my RC's would fucking explode

just load up on ibuprofen beforehand so you don't feel the damange you are doing to your body
