What's the lowest calories you ever did for getting ripped?

I never really been below 10 % , but when I got there I was using 2000 cals and my BMR is 2.500 .

SO , it is 500 on food that I lose + what I lose on the gym which is a lot .

My next cycle I will go crazy and hit 1.800 calories to drop the fat like an animal LOL

kinda useless to tell your calorie intake without giving stats lol... I took in 4000 a day and lost 40 pounds of fat....

...oh and by the way I weighed 580 pounds, 5'6 :p

maybe 1,000-1,200 when I was about 170 lbs

I'm in the midst of dieting right now. Eating super clean and doing cardio and weights 5 days a week. About 5 minutes ago I went around my house and counted up exactly what I ate all day and how much. It totalled to be 2,810 calories with 298 grams of protein and 226 grams of carbs. What got me is that I still feel hungry most of the day. I only feel satisfied for about 10 minutes right after a meal.

My bodyweight is 190lbs @ 5'8". With that being said my diet hasn't been giving me the results I want. Meaning, I haven't been losing much bodyfat. So, the question I pose, is my caloric intake too much? Should I drop my caloric intake even though I already feel hungry?
