Dude, you're probably okay. I use to have to do IM B12 shots some time ago, and I was never instructed to wipe the vial and never did, and I never got an infection, mainly because I stored the vial fairly sanitarily. Not to say you shouldn't have, but I think it's the practice of not doing it that eventually will catch up with you and cause an infection. One time forgetting, you're probably good. Just keep an eye out and watch for localized heat.

yea in the begging i was anal about wiping everything and making sure everything is sterile as possible. but now that im doing 5 to 6 shots a day (aas and peptides) i tend to get a bit careless.

Everyone should wipe the tops, better safe then getting an infection.
