I know a lot of good bros use glutamine, however, this is the one supp I aint 100% sure is worth the money.
It's expensive, and, frankly, all proteine powders have got it in them.
Is this just a hype to screw the lunch money outta us weightlifting fellas, or is it for real?
I'm currently taking creatine+dextrose and two proteines wich I know work. Now i'm thinking of getting some glutamine.
What do you think?
