i use powerstack, its nice and mild, but im looking for something better perhaps. generally they are the same, in most cases i would say,... u can always go with a pure creatine power, no sugars...etc, and just spoon it... or ad it to juice

I use Optimum Nutrition Adenergy Stack. Have seen great results.

I can't see the point in buying creatine mixes.
Either get creatine monohydrate powder and just some juice or water and dextrose or get some cee.

Ya I have tried both mixes with their super delivery systems and just monohydrate with my own carbs + ALA and can't tell any difference between the two except that I have more money in my pocket

I've tried a lot of diff creatines just to experiment.

Monohydrate, I dont respond well to..
V-12 was decent, good for pumps, but strength gains werent too good...
CM2 a ethyl ester creatine worked well, but my favorite creatine which I
won't switch off of is Anavol by NxCare, its a combination of Creatine Alpha Keto
Glutarate, and Glutamine Alpha Keto Glutarate, and has worked extremely well for strength, recovery, and some size gains.

San V12 is killer also has NO2 in it as well as taurine. Another great new creatine to the market is Labrada, Super Charge also with NO2 in it.

My gf and I just started it. I normally bloat from monohydrate. We both like to stay pretty lean so we stay away from it. We have been on Purecee for about a week and have gotten no bloat so far. I have noticed a tiny bit of strength but have not pushed it too much. Will post up any major changes. So far were happy though.....

Try Micronized Creatine, has worked best for me.

Either take creatine monohydrate (micronized preferably but no biggy) and mix it yourself else try some cee. You can't do better.
