I have to say, Pink Floyd "the Wall" in L.A... this was by far, the best show I've ever seen.
I'd have to say Metallica, on their Black album tour.....first show I ever went to. GA tickets for 3 1/2 hours of Metallica only, then the girls I was with somehow finagled some backstage passes, so I met James and Jason. My buddy who was with walked out a little early and was waiting in the parking lot for like 3 hours after the show...lol. But then we hung out with some roadie dudes and got high, and they gave us bootleg vids of a concert in Miami. Yep, pretty rad.

I once saw slipknot,staind in one show before both bands had become popular..it was sick!..it was such a tiny venue that i was literally 3 feet from the stage....the guy from slipknot who fucks with the turntables(he wears a gas mask) jumped out into the crowd right as their set started and landed on my head..it was fuckin awesome!...staind is sick live.their first album was all hard shit so it was badass.
oh yeah..and Mick (the guitarist..who is fuckin gigantic in person) punched me in the fist...which was kickass!

Sunday Break, Austin, 77'
Peter Frampton ( when Frampton Comes Alive was really hot), Santana, Eagles, Steve Miller Band, Neil Young were the headliners, 15 bands in all. I went with a friend that had a cousin who lived there. We were supposed to meet up with them and go together. They had made mushroom tea, but we missed them because we were late. We found a mayonaise jar with a note saying this was ours and they'ed find us somewhere that day. The jar was about 1/4 full and we divided it between the 2 of us. Needless to say, we were passing Jupiter by the time we got to the concert. We were having an excellent time tripping around and just enjoying the music and everyone around. For the longest time all we could do was sit and smile and of course got the giggles over something and laughed uncontrollably forever. I just thought it was really good tea, but when we ran onto his cousin, he asked how much was left of the tea. None, we drank it all between us. The look on his face was priceless, he told us that it was dosed to be about 2-3 tablespoons per person, we took 4X's that. Oh the things I did when I was young...
