Bro, most of them cause an increase in hematocrit levels. Tehy also willl cause an increase in blood pressure. If you do not want these then do not take steroids. You could lower your doses.

I dont think i understand what you are saying but, take an asprinin daily and stay away from equipoise and anadrol. those are the worst two

Not all the steroids increase the hematocrito in the same quantity. I think that the worst are equipose and testosterona and nandrolone. i think it is not so much a question of dose but of profile of roid
To take aspirin is a not a good solution so if in a hard training you have the very high blood presure you can have a vascular accident and not coagulate this it can be dangerous.other solution is to lower the hematocrito is to donate blood in red cross,maybe easier................
