What's harder?

ITt is 65 - 80 depending on distribution of mass, or atleast thats what my physics book said

when you do a conventional push up some of your bodyweight is supported by your feet. read somehere that you are only pushing %50 to %60 of bodyweight. cadence, length of your arms, hand and foot placement would affect it i suppose. then again, look at herschel walker!! bands would make push ups more challenging.

Ok so a puch up is basically liek bench pressing 65 percent of your bodyweight

so unless you weigh 45/.65 70 lbs the bar is going to be easier.

but it is possible that you are just so good at puch ups....or have some kind of mechanical advantage....that the bar actually feels heavier?

no............. i dont see how thats possible. the pushup is so much more awkard than a bench press.

I could probably press the bar a thousand times it seems but push-ups maybe 60 at a time much harder and Im only a buck eighty five
