I am barely getting back into exercising and lifting weights. I worked out on Sunday and I still am sore today. I eat and sleep normally. Here is my normal eating schedule: morning 4 whole eggs w/potato, onion, bell pepper, and tomato. few pieces of wheat bread with oj juice. Lunch: usually steak and rice or some bbq sandwich and beans/coleslaw w/ water.Dinner: Another steak or chicken w/ rice or beans w/ water again. Sometimes I make a couple tuna sandwiches for dinner. Sometimes I eat a banana or some peanuts in between meals. But heres the thing. I took a protein shake every night before I go to bed the past two days. It was ON vanilla shake. I only use one scoop w/milk. I also complimented it with some arginine and glutamine, even though it already has some bcaas. Last night I decided to take a multi-vitamin also with it. Is it normal to be sore for that long? What helps?!? Am I doing something wrong!?!?
