10 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
50 grams Strawberry Isopure Whey Protein
1/2 cup unsweetened Soy Milk
Enough water to blend it.

I get to eat again in 3 hours. But it will probably be the same thing. I'm too lazy to cook tonight.

I had 3 tbs of Power Butter at 2 pm. That stuff is mighty tasty.

I could eat that, but I'm trying to reduce the size of my ass, not make it bigger.

Besides, my carb up day was yesterday. I had pasta for dinner. :p
 
Tacos with 93% lean beef, whole wheat La Tortilla House tortillas, ff sour cream, etc.

Well that's what I made, but Im not eating it. It's for teh boy and Lumberg. Lost my appetite from being sick - alert the media!

it really is good. throw in 1/2 tbsp of lite butter..

40 grams of complex carbs, 32 grams of protein, eaten like cereal within 5-10 minutes. quick, easy and good ratio
 
is it bad to eat carbs after u workout, (not right after but like in the meals that fall after)

like im bulking, preferably not trying to get to fat, what do u guys suggest

When bulking, you're supposed to eat more carbs. As long as you're not eating Little Debbie snack cakes all day, I'd say it's OK. Stick to the complex carbs.

alright awsome so it doesnt matter what time of the day i eat em, even tho i dont eat them within 2-3 hours before bed

bulk is so 90's.
 
roast cooked in crockpot with carrots and onions
btw i would burn it if i had tried cooking it any other way

II have a crockpot, too. My favorite kitchen tool is a pressure cooker. I have 2 of them. I throw 10 frozen chicken breasts at a time into my Pressure cooker. 10 minutes later, they're done.
