What's easier in your opinion - Size or cuts?

Depends on your somatotype bro. I am with Tigger on this one. Adding muscle is easy for me. Dbol+Deca, plus TUNS of protien, and the right training, and I easily slap on slabs of meat. Its really fool proof. Getting lean is OK, but harder, getting shredded is very hard in my eyes, and takes waaay more dedication. Think of it ... most of us LOVE building mass ... how many actually love dieting? I am with want2bebeast on this one. Once i hit a very low bf, I am going to lean gain from there. I am holding off from my cycle until I am around 8%. Its already been pushed back a few months. Hoping to start it mid-july. Muscle will be back up then. Its been over 1 year since i have been on. And I actually feel great. Muscle mass is no where near where it was last year, but like I mentioned ... its easy for me to add the slabs of meat.

for me i acheive more satisfying results cutting than i do gaining, granted i can gain but i lose as well, so i came to the conclusion that i am better off always cutting and dieting than wasting my time trying to be Mr. O

Putting on size is easy, just take a gram of gear a week, and eat like a pig. Now if you are talking putting on lbm, then of course that is a much harder and slower process. My vote goes for size.

I'm not talking about blowing up like fat water retaining pig. I'm talking about putting LBM. That is much much more difficult imo than cutting and dieting down.

Gaining size is definately much easier, even if its all LBM. Some deca, little test, eat clean being careful to up your calories 500 a week until your gaining how you want. Dieting on the other hand...eating like a f@cking rabbit for 10 weeks and if your lucky you will be where you want without losing every pound of muscle you worked out 20 years for. Oh, did i mention im currently dieting.

I have never had a problem puting on size. I have always had a huge appetite so that combined with the right foods and hard training is a blue print for good gains. When it comes to dieting and leaning out, I have to be 100% dedicated have everything dialed in to make progress

adding quality (big emphasis on quality) size and cutting down are both difficult due to the eating factor. i'd say cutting down is slightly more difficult.

ps - i'd kill for a pro chef:)

There is no doubt adding size is the easiest IMO. Now, it might not be all lean mass gains :D

When you start bumping your cals up and eat less clean foods your energy levels go through the roof. I dont find it hard to eat a ton and bang out intense workouts. The only thing is I end up putting on more fat then I would have liked.

To me getting ripped is much harder. The dieting, the cardio... you lose energy in the gym quickly. Maintaiing your size while cutting is hard too unless you are on.

To me adding size is the easiest. How lean you want your gains is all controlled by your diet. Cutting is a bitch :(

cutting is definitely harder for me, as I have a slow metabolism, and am fat unless I work my ass off

You asked which was easier...size is. I can put on size just dreaming about it but cutting takes a spartan effort.
