i take 1.5 to 2 g in the morning.. 2 g pre workout and then another 1.5-2 g before bed and im thinking about upping the dosage cause i really like this product..
i have lots more energy for my longer workouts when i take 2g with 200g of r-ala
and i am leaning up really nice while gaining weight its not a miracle product but its definately helping no doubt..
also the mental clarity / increased concentration is nice as well
