Whatcha think? The little lady's been workin' out with me.

to get that flat firm tummy you want... clean diet and cardio... ya cardio sucks... but listening to music helps a lot or readin magazines. crunches do work.. but to get the little bit of fat of the stomach, you need the diet and cardio... keep it up and good luck

I try and keep my diet as clean as possible. There are times where I have a very hard time resisting the yummy things in life, but I really make an effort. It shows...I have lost some weight and gained muscle, but not even close to where I want to be. I want my "stop traffic" figure back.

Well, off to the treadmill! :yawn:
 
It's just going to take time - time doing clean eating and cardio. Can't remember what your cardio looks like, but if you aren't already doing 1-2 HIIT workouts a week, I HIGHLY recommend it. It is MUCH less boring than steady-state plus it helpskeep your metabolism revved longer. And doesn't catabolize muscle as easily as steady-state cardio.
 
I agree with daisy, HIIT is really something to check out, it's fantastic for a number of reasons.

It increases your speed, endurance, heart health AND IT BURNS FAT BETTER THAN REGULAR CARDIO (of course assuming diet is in order) :p sometimes It's painful when you're doing it, but I swear.. the feeling when you finish is phenomonal, actually sometimes it feels like I'm on drugs after LOL.

I'm going to look into HIIT. I've never done anything like that...usually just the standard treadmill stuff. Hopefully this will help burn the fat faster!!
