What you guys think of this POST WORKOUT......?

I'd just use dextrose...both have the same GI value...you're still scared of "sugars" PW huh'?
 
Just remember the labeling on SD's dex is wrong....1/2c = 75g carbs, not 1/3c.

A lot of people use a 50/50 mixture Dex/Malto in their PW shake...personaly I just use dextrose and take a full 20 minutes to drink the shake, 60 minutes later I eat a P/C meal.
 
I really dont think that taking 20 mins to drink the PW shake is gonna make a real difference, I try to get it in my body as fast as possible. But, then again, what do I know, im being called a newbie on my other thread. :D

I've been doing this now for a little while and I definitely feel like I'm recovering better then when I would just down my PW shake in 10 seconds flat. The article recommends 45 minutes, however I've been getting great results with 20.
 
what the fuck 20 min drinking shake. all protein shake is first in upper stomach for an hour and than is broken down by enzymes.
after that goes into lower stomach. u can drink it 20 min or 50 min or 2 hours.
u will have still same effect

Im that will work fine, its just Malo. I like Dextrose better becuase its sweeter.

Then again I take about 100grams of carbs from dextrose PW
