okay..hi everyone
I'm having a salad topped with grilled chicken right now, it's delish.
Just got back from the gym. Leg day.
I broke my record today, I did 4 sets of 360lbs on the leg press followed by squats, deads and lunges. Not bragging but it felt good when the little guys at the gym stopped lifting the 15's and started looking

. They probably thought I was a freak but Who cares....
Later on going for a bike ride and I might hang out a little tonight
