I am clean... 6'3" 233 10% bf. I have a strained left bicep. I am on heavy anti inflamatories and have a month of rehab ahead.
Here is the question. Should I wait to see what happens with my arm before hitting this:
wk 1-10 test 500mgs ew
wk 1-10 EQ 600mgs ew
day 1-40 Winny 50mgs ed

I am concerned the winny may make the situation worse.
Side note: I am going through a serious case of body dismorphia now that I am down from 250. I keep getting compliments from girls about how I look but I feel tiny. WTF.. stupid juice addiction.
 
LOL ease up bro, dont damage yourself more........................ finish up with rehab, get back in shape and mental condition then hit the juice. Thats my opinion, but you can do whatever you want. Anyways good luck bro with whatever you decide.
 
probably should wait so you can hit it hard while on the sauce, otherwise you will want to workout hard and you may not be ready and get hurt
 
I think you should drop your EQ down a notch and run it at least 12 weeks. EQ is one of those things where a 10 week cycle is almost pointless, 12-14 weeks is ideal.
 
I had a strained left bicep for most of last year. I dropped the weight on bicep exercises and chose back and bi exercises that didn't cause a "bad" pain in my bicep. It took months but the problem went away on its own. My training always goes to sports doctors and a chiropractor and shit when something is hurting him. I tend to feel that backing off for a while is the way to go but I won't entirely back off. Focus on form. I now do STRICT form on bi's with a 4 second negative and a 2 second positive. It's different and it allowed my bicep to heal. I do a similar thing every time something acts up and the problem always goes away on its own.
