You should go to the boss.
I'm a business owner and see this same problem with my key person in the business.
He probably is not even aware there is an issue but trust me if he finds someone who does the work and well chances are he will not let you go.

She may have the power to fire you but chances are she will be told to back off and you may find he will be more aware of what's going on.

I got my paycheck and it was short almost 200.00 so I told her she owned me the money in the nicest way possible. Again she looked surprised (not sure why) but I got the check and a rolled
