What would you do in this situation?

I have much respect for companies and my reputation, but if I was put in this situation, I would walk out and file a complaint with the Work Board about wrongful dismissal.
A 3 month probation still has to follow the same "firing" laws as a permanent employee.
They need a good reason to fire you. It may be a good reason, but if they had 8 ppl before you, the board will see that
 
Sounds like she is a real bitch!! If you leave let the owner know what shes up to. But go fuck a job like that! Unless the owner sets hers ass on the curb then take her job.

And yea get sum goodies for back to school!!!!!

Say you take this job and there is a 90 day period, and at they time they will decide if you are fit for the job.

Only a week into the job this lady is screaming at you. Keep in mind this is the first time you have ever worked in this field. A week is not a long time.

So now you’re into your second week and everything is going well, you’re able to do the job and you get along with everyone in the office.

Then one day the office manger. Comes in your office and says “I don’t think this is going to work” You look at her like she has two heads because just the day before you had a meeting with her and EVERYTHING was great and she and the owner were happy with your work. Then she says “I know Frank (boss/owner) is going to drive you nuts” all the while you are still looking at her like she has two heads.

She asks you to stay until they find someone else, or until you find something. (Which ever comes first?) So you know there not letting you go because you don’t know how to do the job but because of something else.

During your interview the Lady tells you that she is always the center of attention and likes it that way and plans on it staying that way.

There have been 6 other women in this position in the last 8 months.

~ Oh the Boss/owner did not know that office manager was letting you go.

What would you do?

A. Leave that same day
B. Stay until they find someone else and deal with retards
start fucking the boss owner and get that bitch fired...
