What will work best with alot of cardio work?

I posted earlier in the week about dbol only cycle. I am doing alot of reading and with so many options around i am still stuck.

I want to gain about 8-10lbs of muscle. I would like a once only cycle, then to maintain my size. I really dont want to inject for a once only cycle, and would look at other alternatives.

My training.

Monday. AM Small bike ride 20k, Weight session PM Kickboxing 2 hour cardio.
Tuesday. AM Run 9miles PM Weight Session
Wednesday AM Swim 100lengths, Weight session PM Kickboxing (Sparring)
Thursday PM Weight session
Friday Rest day, Physio :) and sometimes light training.
Sat AM Short swim PM 90min football Match
Sum AM 90min Football Match

I am 31 years old, 11% body fat, 185pounds.



I was told dbol would be great, but after reading up! It appears i could never do what i do now.

Any advice would be great.

I just got done with a helladrol cycle... I run 30 miles a week, stairclimb 30 miles a week and elliptical 15 miles a week... I was able to put on 15 lbs. during the cycle and go from 7% body fat down to 6.2%... so it is doable... it just takes the exact sort of diet, a very strict workout regimen and just a lot of dedication and work...
 
let me get this straight:

so a 20K is a 'small bike ride'?? then kickboxing and 2 hours of cardio

9M run the next day? thats almost a half marathon.

then the next day you do 100 lengths of swimming.

you want to put on 10 pounds? stop doing all that cardio and you will gain 10 pounds.


and go ahead and take others advice and go with the dbol.. then when you are on mile 1 of your 9M run and you fall to ground in agony from the shin pumps come back on here and let them know how wrong they were giving you that advice. let me know how far you get on your 9 mile run, if you make it to mile 2 that will be impressive
 
definitely agree... dbol is a very poor choice... whoever gave you that advice is not someone i would continue to go to...
 
I have already ignored the Dbol advice, but was hoping someone would have some ideas for me. The cardio side i need for my Iron man comps. But with other sports, as my pace starts to drop i am hoping to add strength and power.

helladrol cycle, any chance on more info or links on this? I am happy to spend hours reading up............. Alot of conflicting views makes it hard to get a good idea :)

definitely agree... dbol is a very poor choice... whoever gave you that advice is not someone i would continue to go to...

the swimming part too scares me. that kind of advice can cause someone to drown. i can't imagine the shoulder and back pumps someone will get on dbol either. atleast with running you can fall to the ground and won't kill yourself.
 
I'd have to go with Steve's advice and say cut back on the cardio and you'll gain that 8-10lbs or change some of that up for weights. I don't think there is a compound out there the won't hamper your running, swimming, biking performance in some way. I'm on a Beastdrol/Test cycle right now and I can't even walk to class or go up 4 flights of stairs without my shins feeling like the are going to explode. Maybe someone who does lots and lots of cardio can help you out. I would say eat more, add in some mass gainer, and hit weights more and cardio less. and Since you don't want to inject. That pretty much leaves, Dbol, Anavar, winny, and all the pro hormones like beast, katandrol, helladrol, etc. I don't think any of those will benefit you in the cardio department whatsoever.
 
Just got back from the Gym, and was told Winny may be a better choice. Looking at the History, alot of runners, kickboxers, and track people have been caught using this.

Strentrainin im not looking for increase in the Cardio, just would like to maintain my level of Cardio while i build up.

One confused lad right now :) Spent hours reading............

With all that cardio weight gain will be extremely difficult. And the dbol only will bloat you and hinder running. I suggest tbol or anavar if you want to stay lean and agile.

Gary- I am currently on a 50mg/ed dbol cycle and heavily into cardio. What has worked for me is lots of water and do not take dbol before doing cardio. I have gained 7 lbs over the last 3 weeks with substantial strength gains with little water gain. I do agree that dbol is not a good choice for extensive cardio but you can make it work.
