Hey there...
I'm 5'10" maybe 5'10.5" I'm 25 and I've been training for like 5 years having run a few cycles and had varying degrees of seriousness about my diet.
Anyway I'm considering doing my state NPC show next July so I have a long time.
Right now I'm about 217 pounds...but I'm pretty high bodyfat but getting more fit everyday. For my height what weight class should I aim to compete in?
A) 176 pounds... I was a competitive distance runner in college and once weighed 137 so I'm naturally smaller and I think I could make it down there and be super low bodyfat. I was thinking I could get to 188 and just drop the rest in water to look like a gigantic 176.
or
B) 198 pounds... A much more solid weight would require a lot of body composition work but hell I have like 10 months, tren anyone?
