moderate at 30 min in the morning on an empty stomach keeping my hart rate at 135. For me personally if I do that I can drop about 1% bf every 10 days.
 
Studies prove (yes i have them) that HIIT causes the body to release HGH ...it has countless other benefits-such as raising metabolism far longer than go slow cardio.


So you see it has very little to do with calories in and calories out .They are not ALL the same at all. HIIT burns less cals and more fat.
