What type/Form of Creatine?

John G

New member
Okay this question has probably been asked before. Creatine is available is several different forms. I have been taking GNC brand Creatine Monohydrate. A few friends of mine tell me that I should take a liquid form of creatine because it is alot faster getting through your system. The only thing is that it is only 2.5 grams. I spoke to a rep at GNC "like they know anything" but he made some sense. He said that by the time the powder gets through the system, the digestive tract absorbs half of the creatine in effect only allowing me to get half the amount I was taking. Is this true? Should I take the Liquid? I am finished with the powder anyways. What should I go get?

The best forms of Creatine are from Germany (SKW) or Austria (DSM).

Always look for the Creapure or Ultrapure logos on creatine products!

Try:

Prolab
Biochem
Scitec
Universal
