yes my training sucks i accept it. i feel stupid here where everyone knows a lot and i don't know anything.. but usually work out 4 days a week.
Day 1 - chest and triceps
Day 2 - biceps back and abs
Day 3 - quads and calves
Day 4 - hamstrings and shoulders .
Please i,m really a beginner and need a lot of help.
your splits are DECENT. however they can be compressed into 3 splits instead of 4.
1. pushing
2. pulling
3. legs
try to hit the gym everyday and try to do 75 minutes per session at 15 sets. start off with compound exercises (bench, squats, pulls etc)
once you master a workout strategy the gains will come but you have to keep at it.
the weightlifting and diet sections of the site you should go to. save the AAS for later.
