Hi, im 28 years old and I'm thinking about taking steroids to get some muscle mass and at the same time be lean.. i have never used any type of steroids before so i would like to get opinions from pros. what type of steroids do i need, quantity and for how long ?
 
Welcome! I am far from a pro, however you have some real experience here at the forum. Remember, these guys are bombarded with all kinds of requests on a daily basis so do some background research first. Prove not only that you are serious but educated as well.

im 28yo,5'6, 160 lbs. been at the gym on and off never more than 2 months cuz i never used to see results. thats why I'm willing to take steroids and i will spend
a lot of time at the gym if i need to but i don't know anything about steroids and i found this website. wish i can find help here, don't really trust those dick heads at the gym.

At the gym on and off? Never see results? Dont know you, but I bet your training sucks and I bet your diet is crap. Why dont we start there. Post up your diet and typical training week..
 
yes my training sucks i accept it. i feel stupid here where everyone knows a lot and i don't know anything.. but usually work out 4 days a week.
Day 1 - chest and triceps
Day 2 - biceps back and abs
Day 3 - quads and calves
Day 4 - hamstrings and shoulders .

Please i,m really a beginner and need a lot of help.
 
Your kind of help doesn't lye in a syringe or pill. Your kind of help that you need is in the kitchen, gym, and sleep. Check out the diet and the weight training part of this forum first. Learn as much as you can about nutrition and lifting seriously. If you take steroids now not knowing anything about that stuff you're waisting your money. You won't see any good gains, what little gains you get you'll probly loose and you'll only be harming your body. I'm not trying to get you down bro just help you out.

this is the bottom line... 2 months on is not enough time to see much in results... this is something that takes time... a lot of us here have been soing this for years before using steroids, simply because if you dont train and eat to support the gains, you will lose them, possibly even end up worse off...
i would say a minimum of one year training... thats how long i waited, and i believe i jumped on a little early...

your splits are DECENT. however they can be compressed into 3 splits instead of 4.

1. pushing
2. pulling
3. legs

try to hit the gym everyday and try to do 75 minutes per session at 15 sets. start off with compound exercises (bench, squats, pulls etc)

once you master a workout strategy the gains will come but you have to keep at it.

the weightlifting and diet sections of the site you should go to. save the AAS for later.
 
HMMM maybe im in a good mood or something but I think we need to just give this guy some good training advice, diet advice and a bit of motivation.

so here goes.

I found this site YEARS ago and was very small.. couldnt put on muscle or gain strength and that was after about 7 years or so of on/off training. The guys on this site steered me clear of roids for a long time and got me on a good training program.. btw it was a 3 day split like Steve mentioned.. they taught me tons about nutrition and really helped me stay motivated.

i think I put on about 30lbs of muscle in 2 years.. completely changed the way I looke, the way I felt and it was well worth it!

Id head over to the weight lifting forum on this site and research some good training programs and do tons of reading there and ask lots of questions.

You have to be consistent for MONTHS and YEARS though. but you will see steady progress along the way.

No need to feel stupid! You are doing the right thing, ASKING questions. I think you answered some yourself, you know your training hasn't been on, change that. Diet is not on, fix that. You will start seeing results. You need to spend some time in the gym. Find a good trainer and work with him/her.
 
Thanks guys. I already started my new diet and i will follow stevesmi advices at the gym, lets see if i see some results. I was willing to go on steroids but at the same time im kinda scared of the sides.
 
Keep going man, you are making the right choice and investing in your future. I had a college roommate who shot nothing but Deca on and off for the year we lived in the dorms. This guy was jacked and had his diet in check but he always complained about "not getting it up", I was on the beer "drinking team" and wasn't interested in going to the gym let alone pinning myself.

Years after, I saw this guy and he needed Viagra. There could have been other circumstances that I'm not aware of but I don't think all that Deca helped anything.

Just keep going.........

On a side note, being a member of the beer drinking team will really hold you back from your goals!
