You should both take a break and go out with other people to see weather you have a change of heart or you want to stay together. Take a break, meaning getting away from each other, a week vacation is the best solution, where you are far away from each other and no contact.
That's when things get mostly tempting... When you are away and it's one of those "thrilling and secretive" things people like to do thinking no one will ever find out... works best...

Sometimes I think splits can help-- where you don't see each other or talk for a few months. It can clear up your mind a lot and make you realize what you want.

I think every relationship can get sort of "blah"....but often I think that's because people coast. I try to go out of my way to make things fun and interesting. Plan sexy dates. Try to spend more time with other people and make the time you have together really meaningful.
