What to do? High estrogen!

Have natural gyno. Took hormone test. Apparently high estro (and test )!
Doc won't prescribe me an inhibitor because says things are fine.

ESTROGEN, TOTAL, SERUM 196 Normal range is 130 pg/ml or less

TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, MALES 1007 Normal range is 241-827 ng/dL

Also, took nolva 30 mg a day for 3 days, a week off, and then took the hormone test so I don't think that would have effected my results?

Besides that no steroids of any kind and only one cycle of clen. What should I do!! Take an inhibitor? PLEASE HELP!

Nolva doesnt lower estrogen so not sure why you took that. It simply competes with E at the receptor. Personally I would try steves recomendation and if that isnt enough go for a light dose adex or letro.

And it's site specific. Nova is good for gyno and that's it.

Perhaps you could try some Aromasin for awhile and see how you do.

yes I also had puberty gyno and killed it with 2.5 mgs letro and .5 mgs dost ed-eod and this was 8-9 year old gyno mind you

or just have DIM forma does have that and formestane should be easier on your body than others. but to get things going quickly maybe letro at first.

I took the nolva to combat gyno. I think the nolva was still in my system...is that why my estro was so high? Why is my test so high? And finally what is the best method to get rid of the gyno and high estro? I will start it immediately!!! I'm 20 by the way so it should have been gone by now. Please help someone I don't want to get the surgery...

I didn't notice until now -- that estro range is for WOMEN. A mans estro should be between 10-20pg.

Are you sure those numbers are correct, or am I missing something or is your doctor a retard?

i think their are 2 estrogen tests-
total estrogen- which is suppose to under 130pg/ml(mine was 295pg/ml!) on Adex(2mgs ew) & DIM
estradial- which is most important which suppose to be under 50pg/ml. but ive heard opt is around 20pg/ml-mine was 32pg/ml.

rechecking begiing of nov as test were done end of sept

go to another doctor. it might take seeing 8 doctors before you get one who actually knows what they are doing. doctors are lazy and stupid, more concerned with their golf game and their X wife who took them to the cleaners.

At any rate, a little anti aromatase will get it under control.
