what to do guys?

im in a weird spot,ive got this friend,ive always been into her,and now shes got a job with the company im with and on the job im currently on,we have been spending tons of time together having a blast and im liking her alot more every day.

im not to sure how to read her though,not sure if she thinks of me as only a friend or what.

now im shy,dont know how to approach this,nor do i wanna make work weird as we sometimes travel for months on end and that would suck.

how would you guys approach this?

i dont want any bullshit remarks by the way,only straight up answers.

first off does she have a man? if not does she have any female friends that you know that you could ask them how she feels about you or drop the hint that you have feelings for her. if not play it cool and drop a few subtle hints that you are intereseted in her and see how she reacts to it.

but i warn you its not a good idea to date in the workplace man, never turns out good.
