What to Do For Hair Strangulation?

I have a spot on the top of my head, in the front. In this spot, hair grows at about the same amount/cm as the other areas of my head. Unfortunately, it is far thinner than the rest of my hair....I know this is a dht and (sebum?) problem, but what can be used to rectify this? Is there anything that will CLEAR this sebum OUT so my hair can breath and thicken up again. And no, nizoral doesnt work for me for a shit.

I used folligen with good success, there are many articals about it
the basic premise is a healer for your scalp...only problem is its green and stains the fuck out of things if not let to dry...may want to give the shampoo a wirl or the emu oil. never tried this stuff but I will.

By the way this web site is not fake or bullshit, lot of good info to sort through. My hair tribulations are as follows

20 years of age I notice a slight recession in the left quadrent frontal scalp...no to bad, when hair was styled it was not even noticable

over the next 3 years it got a little worse and I started to lose a little on the other side. again nothing bad, just bothers me.

Used folligen first, and herbs...did well to heal the scalp and even some frontal growth...

now I use 2 things only- nizoral three times a day and minoxidile at night in the front. you can hardly notice a thing, and i find little if no shedding on Aas

If you had to choose between folligen, minoxidil, and nioxin, which would you choose?

I assume minoxidil? It is for frontal receeding though.

Why choose? I'd at least hit the minoxidil and nioxin. They do different things. Hit your problem from two sides.

monixidil=rogain right? I thought it only works on the bald stop on top of your head, not the receeding lines

Guys, one more time... Polysorbate 80 shampoos. It is the most overlooked substance for preventing hair loss... primarily because you have to use it for almost a year to see results.

www.lifeservices.com has a very cheap version called Inner Shampoo.

I started using it my late 20's when my temples were receeding and my hair was thinning. (Both my grandfathers are bald.) I was getting it free at the time and I've been using it ever since.

At 43 I have more hair than I did at 28... full head of hair and no sign at all of hair loss or thinning. My temples filled in 9 months after I started using it.
