Sorry to tell you this but you are going to have to either close your account or cancell the card you used. I am going through the same deal with George. I tried to cancell my membership and I sent him tons of emails and he responded saying he would take me off of platinum but I was still getting billed. So I had to dispute the charge with my bank (they are investigating it now) I cancelled my check card so Elite can not take any more money out of my account. Sorry dear.
