What should i do?????

whatever your doing is working- 5'8" @235 is pretty big & stocky :)

Well i guess i want to drop my body fat% but maintain my weight. But what type of routine should i do to get that look, like the Blk guy from UNDISPUETED that one boxing movie that takes part in the Penn.
 
Id say do no more than 3 weight workouts a week.
Keep it simple. Do a full body routine OR a 3 splitt "push/pull" style.
Add some low intensity cardio to each session for bodyfat managment.
And sit down and work out a solid diet.

dang! i freakin wish i WASN'T so stocky. I was freakin born that way. lol. I'm 5'6" @ 190 BIG BONED too, and i'm trying to get a leaner look. but these damn genetics! lol. I say just do LOTS of your basic COMPOUND lifts and maybe a 5x5 routine.
