What should i do after my wreck...

Thanks flash... i looked in to it and found out alot about it.. looks like it is sold out and on back order rite now. People must really like it.
 
Steriods arent the answer for fat loss..You need to seek advise from your doctor as to what type of physical activity u can add into your regimine (even the simpliest thing can help instead of being a couch potato) because diet and excerise are the key for fatloss..If u cant excerise for awhile, i would work on improving your diet and be patient till its time.

Thks for all the info it really helps. And i talked to my dr about my wight gain and he give me something called phentermine for weight loss going to start it in the am.

phentremine will give u appetite reduction and will also increase your metabolism.But it is not the long term answer(sure u know this ).I would still try and perfect your diet and get back into the gym, when u are able( dont rush it though)
 
Just won't update you all on my progress. Things are starting to look up my bench presses jumped up to 210 pounds x2... I got a good solid workout routine going on now of course my legs still hurt cant do much on legs all of it is upper body and I'm slowly regaining my strength. However I am on the treadmill walking 5 miles a day now. My diet has become spot on with the help of my wife. like you said steve my libido has come back alot...... Love it...... and I did grab a bottle of hcgenerate also. It is really amazing how much memory your muscles do have. Once again I just want to thank all y'all for listening to me and being there for me. Thank you.. will keep u updated if u want me to...
 
Sorry forgot to mention my body weight. weighed in today at a big whopping 226 pounds. That's almost 25 pounds in a month i lost.... and im 5foot11 with a big limp lmfao.....
 
Thats great progress! Glad to hear things are looking up. Keep working at it, as it is obviously working! After my motorcycle accident, once I healed up, I got lazy and spent 10 years not working out at all.(other stuff got in the way too...excuses really when I think of it) I wish I would have stayed as determined as you are. Keep it up, you are an inspiration. I would love to continue to hear updates, as I'm sure many others would.
