How are you going to change your diet? my diet is always very good.. the one area where I can work on is cooking more food rather then buying the low sodium frozen foods What drugs and supps do you think you need? running a tren/mast cycle. so far seeing good strength gains and growth.. not getting cut though yet If you don't reach your goals what will be the reason? tren sides become too great and i have to stop the cycle, after experiencing tren cough yesterday and dealing with severe de-hydration I am tempted to When were you in the best shape of your life? depends on the metric. 3 years ago I was running 40-45 miles per week and was running a 5 minute mile. 1 year ago i was benching my max of 315+, today I think I am the most massive and built i've ever been, and my strength is probably better then a year ago. Why were you in such great shape then? my goal was endurance, then my goal became mass and strength, now my goal is more bodybuilding (although not looking for the beach body look, still want mass in my chest and shoulders over an 8 pack) so when i set a goal i go for it and i bust my ass to achieve it
