yeah bro thats a crazy story. i think we've all been through a lot of ups and downs.. sometimes fitness takes a back seat. I've dealt with bronchitis the past 3 years off and on. seems to be just some kind of chronic problem which makes it impossible to hit the gym.

the nice thing about fitness though is muscle memory and really its not hard to lose or gain fat very quickly. so you can come back quick

yeah shit happens dude, oh well. all i can do is eat, lift, cardio and it'll be back. man... i fucking hate tampa bay...i just want you to know that

originaly i was 5'5, 260pounds, and could bench press about 40 pounds, i was mega fat, id say 35%bf ithout doubt, was about 15 at the time

then got into the running and swimming alot (basicaly puberty and wanting girls kinda motivates you) and got down to about 140 pounds

went back up to 150, did triathlons, and ended up doing national long distance swimming in the butterfly and freestyle events

after that started reading bodybuilding magaizines and got into those type fo diets and routines and unfortunaly the muscle tech products, and the magazine workouts of 25 sets for chest, 15 sets for biceps etc, majorly overtrained but gained muscle, ended up at 200 pounds but stocky (fat and muscle) and wasnt happy with how i looked coz i couldnt achieve the bodybuilder in the magazine physique

so got sick of being muscly but fat and irritated with my platue, so dieted hard and once again became a scrawny lean guy running 8km and km sprints

then a year went by

then wen i was 18 years old i went to my first rave party, and noticaed i was this real lean skinny guy with abs and everyone around me ere big, buff and juiced up and i liked the look alot more

day after started eating lieka horse n hitting bodybuilding routines

now im this lol

That is quite impressive!!!! To make shifts that huge in weight!! DANG......Other than a period of medical problems....Ive been 225-245 from 16 years old to late 30s with very slight variations......and ive dieted hard and trained my ass off, but never drop lower than 220 and when I was 245 it was work eating like 6k calories a day and training crazy heavy.....I cant imagine big jumps up or down without some serious ass dieting!! even then man your changes are impressive...versatile dude to be able to go back and forth from heavy ass lifting and long distance....at no point in my life could you have beaten me to run or swim that far! Kudos!
 
i eat well, switched to all organic recently, dropped all salt and sugar i can. although i eat well sometimes i gotta be a little less glutoness. gonna run alpha t2/erase/shift for 8 weeks with adderllin and need2slin. after that possibly sarms s4 or a hella cycle. lookin to drop 10% bf. although my goal is for next year this time to be lookin good. looked my best any time before 2 and a half years ago. i used to train hard with kyokushin karate and muay thai since i was young. was quite skilled rock climber and used to go to comps for snowboard park and downhill racing. 2 and a half years ago i was at a race at silverstar resort in vernon british columbia, i went left at a fork the race went right. i found a 25-30 foot cliff. fortunately the landing was still pretty steep and i cartwheeled for another 80 yards or so instead of going splat. wrecked my shoulder and lower back. then a year into my rehab, which was last summer i was at a restaraunt and they fed me raw chicken. got poisoned and i became so dehydrated my skin turned as blue as a smurf and my internal organs stopped working. had all kinds of surgeries and shit. was in hospital for like 6 months, the scarring isnt too bad anymore but i got a gnarly outy bellybutton. if a girl had a good inny i could have bellybutton sex with her. before that i was in really good athletic kind of shape. did lots of var. now im 24%bf but down from 220 in jan to 185-190 now :)

That stack is very strong, if your diet and cardio are in check you will be very happy. Looks like you're already on the way..
