As for peptides, IGF-1 would be a good idea. Also probably MGF but you'd need to inject it daily very near the injury as MGF
does not function systemically. No more than an inch away from the injury itself or it'd just be wasted.
You could also supplement with the aminos proline and lysine, but it would probably be best to take them away from BCAA's or whole protein to avoid metabolic competition with other AA's. Use the "L" versions only. If you really wanted to get hardcore shop around for topical proline and lysine since they have been shown to be very powerful when delivered directly to the wound.
