Rick another product i have used that has helped tremendously ,http://www.stopain.com/ it has the standard MSN and glusomanine suflate plus some secret ingredents they won't tell you about, however comstant use healed a nagging pain i had with my knee about 7 yrs ago. You can get it at CVS, Wal mart places like that for about 10 dollars.every little bit helps.
