Think about it...
I read an article by Dan Ducahine on Isocalorie Diet that was posted by CUTS. Dan mentioned to do 4 cardio workouts per week for 30min to lose fat. Steve Holman says to just train 5 days per week to ramp your metabolism. These are just merely ones opinions. What makes them right? The holy grail to say..

Just like dr. mauro says anabolic diet
will brink like higher protein medium carbs higher fat
there are so many opinions! What is right? Who is right?

Experience and results makes them credible, there are plenty of different diet regiments that work, its all about discipline and consistency. peace

It's all about trying different things. Everybody's body works differently so there is no right and wrong just opinion.

Yup. Becoming knowlegable in diet and excercise is no different than becoming knolegable in anything else, with the exception of this one aspect. What works for some people, doesn't work for others. So it's a matter of reading up and learning as much as you can about the basics, then it's a lot of trial and error.

True - but it is even more basic than that....all "diets" by definition will work as long as calories in < calories burned. Bottom line - thermodynamics at work.

theres no "best diet" "best routine" WhATEVER>

duh.

people who yack about this need to stfu.

you need to find out for yourself what works. everything else you need to know is chemistry, physics, biology, kinesiology, physiology... in different gradations... so for pure knowledge, id go with the armchair expert
